Only meet people a few times, come out a least once a month to see that person, rather than a phone call.

I have spoken to staff at various stages of my course of treatment form help in looking at benefit to pain relief and emotional support. Easy to speak to a member of staff when needed. In comparison to Macmillian who I found to be more of a corporate machine. St' Peters have been a personal and caring service. I have recently updated my will and included a donation to St' Peters in recognition of your hard work.

I am struggling to think of anything you could have done better. There is just one occassion I can think of where you could not answer a question I had and that was general advice about organising one's own cremation which I have since obtained on.
